This website began with one unforgettable project! A few years ago, my husband told me there was no way we could widen our kitchen or add a pass-through window into the living room. The wall would have to be cut, it would be too complicated, and it just wasn\u2019t something we could do ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the idea stayed with me…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

One day while he was at work, I decided to stop wondering if<\/em> it was possible and start finding out. I gathered my tools, took a deep breath, and cut into the wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he came home, there was a literal hole between the kitchen and living room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That moment perfectly captured something I\u2019ve come to believe deeply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t always need permission, expertise, or perfect confidence to create change. Sometimes you just need the courage to start.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s where the name Watch Me\u2026DIY<\/em> was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m not a professional contractor. I simply started with curiosity, determination, and a desire to improve my surroundings \u2014 and I\u2019ve learned along the way that most people are far more capable than they think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
